Clearing out years of accumulated tackle. I'm finding that I rarely use these items, or perhaps haven't used them in years, or perhaps not at all. They're doing nobody any good sitting in a closet. From before the days of high priced plastic and unneeded skirted spools! The Penn Z series is one of the most respected lines ever produced. This reel is metal with a bronze main gear and ball bearing action. Spools 275 yds of 20 lb mono, has a 3.8:1 gear ration and operates smooth as glass.

Your chances of finding one in this condition is pretty slim. I've owned a number of the Z series for fresh and salt water, and haven't a single complaint about any of them.
